Funked Up!

Well, not really, but they have certainly felt that way. After trudging through the beginning of the year, spiked by the fabulous premier of my first feature, I have landed back in the reality ring again. It’s difficult feeling ungrateful for the gainful employment I have. I hate it… and I love it. A lot like Gollum and the Ring.
Dramatics aside, there have been positive developments in the last couple of days that are worth mentioning here.
A colleague, and good friend of mine, Jeremy Weiss, the same gentleman who I went to Nepal with for a little TV pilot, and I have secured funding for our documentary, In Search of Flight 211.
It’s exciting because right after Big Brother ends, we go straight into an investigative journey about the disappearance of 15 people during one Christmas Eve.
Also, this weekend, I am designing (directing… shhhh!) a title sequence for a feature film that is trying to get distribution this year. Once we finish our FX shots on Saturday, it’s off to the races to get the title sequence shot on Sunday.
One shot… one kill.
Kirk out…
